Welcome to the PEOPLE platform. These terms of service ("Terms") contain the fundamental rules governing your use of our platform.

1. Acceptance and Scope

By accessing or using the PEOPLE platform, you are deemed to have accepted all of these Terms. If you do not accept any of these Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.

2. Intellectual Property (Creation Rights)

Any ideas, stories, objects, or experiences shared on the platform are defined as "Content". Users undertake that they are the legal owners of the content they share or have the rights to share it.

• Full Rights Transfer: For content sold with this option, ownership rights pass entirely to the buyer.
• Right of Use: The seller reserves the ownership rights and only grants a usage license to the buyer.

3. Payments and Commission

PEOPLE collects a 10% service fee (commission) on every successful sale through the platform. Sellers can withdraw their earnings through the specified payment channels.

4. Prohibited Activities

Users may not share content that infringes on copyrights, is illegal, offensive, or damages the platform's reputation. PEOPLE reserves the right to remove such content without notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

PEOPLE cannot be held legally responsible for the outcome of transactions between users or the commercial success of shared ideas. The platform is merely a "meaning economy" marketplace.
